Carefully selected

Development needs a relationship.

That is why we connect you with the coach who fits you and your task. Because it is not only the topic that matters, but also personality, way of working and experience.

Fit
The concern

sets the direction.

Topic, context and assignment show which professional experience and which kind of support might be needed.

The relationship

has a say too.

A good coach is not automatically the right coach. Personality and way of working also have to fit the person.

dasTraining does not create the relationship. But we create good conditions for it to develop.

Typical concerns arise, for example, with new roles, demanding leadership situations, career reorientation or the wish to look at one’s own actions from a distance.

Selection & getting to know each other

We make a preselection. You experience the fit.

We don’t recommend just anyone who happens to be available. We listen, weigh things up and create the opportunity for you to form your own impression.

  1. 01

    Selecting

We clarify what it is about and recommend a personality we have good professional and personal reasons to believe is the right match.

  2. 02

    Getting to know each other

Personal contact shows whether way of working, attitude and mutual impression can form a sound basis.

  3. 03

    Deciding

The coachee has a say. Only when everyone involved wants to take the path together does the coaching begin.

The coachee is not selected or assigned, but decides together with us whether the coaching begins.

Confidentiality & format

The assignment can be clear. The coaching space stays protected.

What is discussed personally in coaching remains confidential. Goals and framework can be clarified with the client organisation – personal conversation content stays in the coaching space.

Some concerns need a few focused conversations, others support over several months. Scope and rhythm depend on the concern and the process.

Getting to know each other

With whom could development begin?

An open first conversation creates space for your concern and for the question of which personality could support you well.
