dasTraining brings together independent personalities with a shared background and attitude. Not a uniform team of trainers – but people with their own paths, topics and ways of working.
Each of us once started out as a volunteer.
dasTraining grew out of the AIESEC network. Everyone who works for dasTraining spent formative years there – as students who worked internationally, took on responsibility and started early on to empower others. To this day, that is our common ground.
These are not people from a single generation, but people of different ages who share a similar background – while remaining independent in profile and way of working. This shared background is part of what we pay attention to when we recommend someone to you – including people you don’t know yet.
What remains is an atmosphere we used to describe in three words: spirit, idealism, openness to the world. How we work in practice today is described below.

Many of us started out as young trainers ourselves: trying things out, taking on responsibility, learning – accompanied by people with more experience. We want to pass this opportunity on.
That is why we offer trainings to organisations, foundations, associations and schools at a reduced daily rate based on each organisation’s budget.
With dasjungeTraining, this has grown into a training community of its own: young people gaining their own training experience – accompanied by experienced colleagues from the dasTraining network.

We are Catrin and Ümit – the core team of dasTraining. For many years, our work in learning and development has connected us: we have designed trainings, trained trainers and facilitators, and along the way got to know the people who carry our network today. That is exactly our role at dasTraining: to understand what really matters to you and to bring together the people who fit.
